Where is the Office of Advising and Recruiting?
The undergraduate advising office for each teacher education program of is located in each respective college. This office is responsible for undergraduate counseling and recruitment of potential students to teacher education at Purdue University.
What do I do if I want to CODO (Change of Degree Objectives) into a teacher education program?
Informational meetings are offered throughout the fall and spring semesters. Individual informational meetings are available throughout the summer and when classes are not in session. The CODO Informational meeting outlines the requirements of your major area of study and the requirements and deadlines to CODO. To obtain more information about CODO, contact one of the teacher education academic advisors.
When do I see my academic advisor?
You are required to see your academic advisor once each semester to discuss the scheduling of your classes for the next semester. Your advisor is always available to explain program requirements, answer questions and assist you with problem solving. We encourage you to visit your academic advisor as many times as you feel necessary.
